Dr. Zarghoona Ullah
Doctor of Medicine
Dr. Ullah is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and fellowship-trained child and adolescent psychiatrist, with residency and fellowship training at UT Health San Antonio. She provides care across the lifespan with an individualized, evidence-based approach. While medication can be an important part of treatment, her work extends beyond medication management alone. She considers the broader systems that shape mental health—family, school, work, culture, and societal stressors—recognizing that emotional distress does not occur in isolation. Care is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in the realities of daily life.
Outside of practice, she enjoys tennis, strength training, travel, and experimenting with DIY nail art, often (mostly) imperfectly.

Doctor of Medicine
I am a general psychiatrist dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based mental health care. I completed my Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Aga Khan University and my General Psychiatry residency at UT Health San Antonio. Working closely with diverse patient populations during training strengthened my clinical experience and deepened my commitment to this field. My practice is broad, and I welcome individuals with a wide range of needs and diagnoses. I believe care is most effective when we take a holistic view — understanding emotions, experiences, and life context together. My goal is to offer a safe, warm, and respectful environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, traveling, and photography. I speak English and Urdu
