We do not participate with insurance providers. Payment will be collected when the appointment is scheduled. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance, we can provide a detailed billing statement upon request. The reimbursement eligibility is subject to your specific insurance agreements. However, your insurance might still cover it through your out-of-network benefits. Please inquire of your insurance company for your specific out-of-network benefits.
The initial examination is a 60 minute assessment. Typically, medication management follow up visits will be 30 minute visits.
Initial psychiatric diagnostic evaluation, 60 min: $350.00
Medication management follow up, 30 min: $175.00
ADHD evaluation 30 minutes $150.00 without medication
